 | Highline
Highline is basically summary of a profile. 250 characters (which
includes letters, numbers, spaces, symbols...) are allowed per
profile. Highline will be listed when Profiles are browsed or
searched. For example when you visit Browse Males/Browse Females pages
you will see Highlines displayed in a table. Similarly you will see
such lists in Search, QuickSearch and even Main Page. There will a
link just below Highline which will take you to your full Profile display.

| Required Profile Fields
Although Applicant can decide what information that he wants to input,
SangamAmerica cannot process a Profile without some basic information.
This includes Last Name (Surname), First Name, Gender/Sex, Age, Contact
Address. If fields other than the required ones are left blank or with
'Not Selected' value, the profile display will exclude those fields.
In short, Profile when displayed shows only that information which was
filled out by the applicant. Profile Modification is allowed unlimited
times during valid Profile residence.

| Search Fields
Search Fields are most important fields. By providing information in the Search Fields one's profile has higher chances of being listed when
search or browse action is made. Height, Religion, Immigration Status,
Caste, Contact Country (residence) etc are Search fields. These fields
are comprehensively used in Browse, Search, QuickSearch pages. Example
1: If applicant fills out Immigration Status ("US-Citizen or US-Greencard"),
than the profile will be listed when a reader clicks Males/Females with US
Greencard/ US Citizenship. Example 2: Age = 25, this profile
will be listed when under QuickSearch age value is searched.
Applicants are encouraged to fill Search Fields. |
