- Profile is immediately available on SangamAmerica after its successful
creation and quality check. Payment will be required to activate it.
- Full Payment has to be made immediately otherwise profile
will be deleted within few days.
- Photograph or Picture can be emailed or sent by regular
mail. Gif or JPEG computer format picture is acceptable. In case of
unavailability of computer format picture, mail us a paper copy.
Picture/Photograph cannot be returned back under any circumstances.
Include your ProfileID with Photograph/Picture.
- SangamAmerica reserves rights to Discontinue, Deactivate, Truncate, or Terminate Profile
if -
(a) No payment is received
(b) Profile contents fails the quality check (in terms of
profanity/vulgarity/..)
- Profile ID will be unique and cannot be altered after its
creation.
- Applicant or Profile Owners can request discontinuation of
profile when successful match materializes or for any other reasons.
The request can be made via email or regular mail.
- SangamAmerica Profile will display Contact Phone and Contact
Address only when Check Box(s) inside the Profile form are checked.
Otherwise Email address will be used as communication medium. By
default newly created profile will not display Contact Phone and Contact
Address unless Box(s) are checked on. Checking On/Off can be made at any
time during the Profile residence.
- SangamAmerica cannot guarantee that you as an applicant
will receive responses and hence cannot be held responsible for no
replies. In this case we cannot give any refunds or credits.
- SangamAmerica cannot be held responsible for any
misleading, false or invalid information provided by the clients. The
information furnished by the applicant will be displayed on SangamAmerica
unverified and the applicant shall be solely responsible and liable for its
correctness or otherwise and any claim, damages, loss or dispute arising
therefrom consequent upon the use thereof by any person.
- All Fees are non-refundable in case of a successful match
before the Profile expires. Fees cannot be credited in case of
discontinuation of profiles.
- In case of inadequate filling of main page
promotions, SangamAmerica reserves right to select any existing profile(s)
and display it on the main page. Profile applicant wont be charged
extra if SangamAmerica selects by its own discretion.
- For the Accounting purpose, Contact Phone, Address and
other information is required in a profile. However displaying that
info. can be controlled by the Applicant.
- When sending payment by mail, include ProfileID (pid), Applicant Name, Contact
details, with the payment.
- Applicant can continue Profile residence by
renewing/upgrading. Current Rates will be applicable.
- SangamAmerica reserves right to change rates at any time
without any notifications. New Rates apply to new profiles.
- SangamAmerica responsibility for accepted
applications is limited and restricted to display the information as per
above said Terms and Conditons
- Profile
applicant has to be atleast 18 yrs of age.
- Profile
applicant will have to inform SangamAmerica as soon as his/her match
materializes or for any other reasons of discontinuation/termination.
SangamAmerica cannot process any request requiring password, profile
cancellation etc. without Profile ID, Mothers Maiden Name and correspondence
from valid email id (displayed in profile).
